Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
• Customized or altered products.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Products damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order details and product images for quick assistance.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange or reimburse the return shipping where applicable.
• For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
